Delivery & Returns

Orders to UK mainland incur a flat rate delivery of £3.95.

We use Royal Mail 48 tracked (Normally arrives within 48 hours from despatch).

We also offer an express delivery option at £5.95 by Royal Mail 24 tracked (Normally arrives within 24 hours from despatch).

Orders received prior to 13.00 will be despatched same day.

Orders received after 13.00 will be despatched next working day. Orders received after 13.00 on Friday will be despatched next working day. Orders are despatched on weekdays only. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been despatched.

If you suspect your delivery has been lost, please contact us hello@ecoffeecup.com quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it.

Royal Mail should inform you if a delivery has been attempted, leaving instructions on how to obtain your parcel.

They will provide a specified time period, from the date of attempted delivery, to rearrange delivery.

After this date, items will automatically be returned to us. If this occurs, we will charge you again for postage prior to despatching again. We will contact you first.

To avoid delivery delays, we recommend having your items shipped to your daytime address.

For delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Mann and islands of Scotland.

We no longer despatch from this website to the European Union. Please check the European Ecoffee Cup store at eu.ecoffeecup.com.

From this website we deliver to United Kingdom, Scandinavia and Middle East.

Deliveries can take up to 30 working days to arrive. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service. You may be charged a fee by your local customs office. You can check this with your country’s customs office.

Ecoffee Cup allows 15 days to return a product that you do not require for any reason. Your right of return starts from the time your order is delivered. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice. Products should be sent registered post and insured with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should the item be lost or damaged in transit. Shipping fees remain your responsibility.

This right of return policy applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening, will not be refunded. Deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of receipt of the order.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 days of receiving returned goods. Please note some banks may take longer to credit your account. We are not liable and cannot take any responsibility for bank charges incurred during the refund process. Please note original postage charges are not refundable.
