Cassie Stokes is a name synonymous with the hospitality scene in Ireland, and so too is Dublin bakery, Bread 41.

Pairing these two household names became obvious when looking to increase the awareness of Ecoffee Cup Nova – our reusable coffee cup made in Ireland.

It became apparent upon meeting Cassie that she’s as authentic in person as she is in her videos. This made for the perfect pairing when we met with Bread 41 owner Eoin Cluskey at his new cafe/bakery in Greystones.

The two spoke passionately about Bread 41’s stance on sustainability – amongst Eoin’s hot tips on the best baked goods.

Cassie was able to see first-hand the Ecoffee Cup reuse program. This sees cafes like Bread 41 replace single-use cups with Nova and offer a deposit system for customers.

The reuse program has proved to be an overwhelming success at Bread 41’s CBD and Greystones sites. Eoin has saved 36,000 single-use cups from going into landfill and more than €8,500 in costs as a result.
